Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Friday: Closed
Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST

Friday Observance: ZMZM is a Muslim-owned brand, and Fridays are reserved for spiritual connection. We step away from emails, social media, and support tickets for the day to center ourselves and reset.

Your order still moves. Orders placed on a Friday are processed and ship on our fulfilment partner’s normal schedule — nothing waits for us. We reply to messages when we’re back.
