The Barakah Schedule
Take it at Asr.
الفجر Fajr FAJ-r
The hardest of the five to keep, and the one nobody sees you keep. Before the world asks anything of you, you answer something else first.
… and the recitation at dawn. Indeed, the recitation at dawn is ever witnessed.
Qur’an 17:78
- An empty stomach, and cortisol already climbing. Nothing yet competes with what you take.
الظهر Dhuhr ZUH-r
The sun at its highest, work at its loudest. A deliberate interruption — stepping out of the day’s business to remember what the day is for.
When the call is made for prayer, hasten to the remembrance of God and leave off trade.
Qur’an 62:9
- This is where the food is. What needs a meal to be absorbed belongs beside one.
العصر Asr AH-sr
The light is going, and you can feel it going. Of the five this is the one most warned about losing, an hour built to remind you that time runs out quietly.
By time — indeed, mankind is in loss.
Qur’an 103:1–2
- Among the most studied supplements in existence — hundreds of trials.
- Your body already makes about a gram of it a day on its own.
- It works by saturation, not timing, which is why a fixed window beats being clever.
المغرب Maghrib MAG-rib
The narrowest window of the five: pray it now, or it is gone. The day handed back with thanks, before the last light goes with it.
So glory be to God when you reach the evening, and when you reach the morning.
Qur’an 30:17
- By now the day is written on your skin: sun, heat, city air. This is when it gets read back and undone.
العشاء Isha ISH-aa
The day’s last account, made in the dark. Everything done and left undone is set down before sleep takes it.
And it is He who made the night for you as a covering, and sleep for rest.
Qur’an 25:47
- Repair runs on the night shift. Light-sensitive actives can finally work, and sleep is the whole point.
Dawn, midday, late afternoon, sunset, night — a rhythm well over a billion people already keep. You don’t have to pray to use it. Verses are rendered meanings, not literal translation. How the schedule works
Creatine Hydration Powder
Creatine monohydrate is the most-studied sports supplement there is. Five grams a day, no loading phase, no theatre. We added electrolytes because the thing creatine actually needs is water.
Is creatine halal?
Creatine monohydrate is synthesised, not extracted from animals — a common misconception is that it comes from red meat. It does not. Where creatine products go wrong for Muslim buyers is elsewhere: gelatin capsules, alcohol-based flavourings, or undisclosed carriers.
This one is a powder, so there is no capsule question at all. It is sweetened with stevia leaf rather than sugar or sucralose. And it is one of the few products in our range that our manufacturer marks halal at source — not a claim we are making on their behalf, a designation they publish.
What is in it
- 5,000 mg creatine monohydrate per scoop
- 1,000 mg sodium from sea salt, 200 mg potassium, 60 mg magnesium
- Stevia leaf, not sucralose
- Lemon. 30 servings.
When to take it
The asr window, around training. Creatine works by saturation, not timing — the only rule that matters is that you take it every day.
Ingredients
Creatine (as Creatine Monohydrate) 5,000 mg, Magnesium (as Magnesium Malate) 60 mg, Sodium (as Sea Salt) 1,000 mg, Potassium (as Potassium Chloride) 200 mg, Natural Flavors, Stevia Extract (Leaf), Silicon Dioxide.
Flavor: Lemon. Manufactured in the USA. 10.6 oz / 300 g.
An open sourcing question
This formula contains natural flavors. Flavour systems can use alcohol-based carrier solvents, and the carrier is almost never named on a label. We have asked our manufacturer to confirm the carrier used here in writing, and that answer is outstanding as of August 2026. We would rather tell you that than let you assume. Every unresolved sourcing question is published, with the date we asked, at ingredients.
Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, adults mix one (1) scoop (10 g) with 6–8 oz (177–237 ml) of water or favourite beverage daily.
Warning
Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING. STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE.

Where we have not yet confirmed the source of an ingredient with our manufacturer, we publish that at ingredients rather than leaving it off the label.
Detailed timing and dosage are in the product description above. Each ZMZM formula is built around a specific prayer window — when your body actually absorbs that nutrient or active best.
