The Barakah Schedule
Take it at Fajr.
الفجر Fajr FAJ-r
The hardest of the five to keep, and the one nobody sees you keep. Before the world asks anything of you, you answer something else first.
… and the recitation at dawn. Indeed, the recitation at dawn is ever witnessed.
Qur’an 17:78
- A precursor your body converts into NAD+, the coenzyme cells use to make energy.
- Every living cell contains NAD+. None of them work without it.
- Taken fasted, before anything else competes for it.
الظهر Dhuhr ZUH-r
The sun at its highest, work at its loudest. A deliberate interruption — stepping out of the day’s business to remember what the day is for.
When the call is made for prayer, hasten to the remembrance of God and leave off trade.
Qur’an 62:9
- This is where the food is. What needs a meal to be absorbed belongs beside one.
العصر Asr AH-sr
The light is going, and you can feel it going. Of the five this is the one most warned about losing, an hour built to remind you that time runs out quietly.
By time — indeed, mankind is in loss.
Qur’an 103:1–2
- The hours before training, and the dip before evening. Timing matters less here than turning up — an anchor, not a trick.
المغرب Maghrib MAG-rib
The narrowest window of the five: pray it now, or it is gone. The day handed back with thanks, before the last light goes with it.
So glory be to God when you reach the evening, and when you reach the morning.
Qur’an 30:17
- By now the day is written on your skin: sun, heat, city air. This is when it gets read back and undone.
العشاء Isha ISH-aa
The day’s last account, made in the dark. Everything done and left undone is set down before sleep takes it.
And it is He who made the night for you as a covering, and sleep for rest.
Qur’an 25:47
- Repair runs on the night shift. Light-sensitive actives can finally work, and sleep is the whole point.
Dawn, midday, late afternoon, sunset, night — a rhythm well over a billion people already keep. You don’t have to pray to use it. Verses are rendered meanings, not literal translation. How the schedule works
NMN
500 mg of β-nicotinamide mononucleotide at 99.9% purity. One active ingredient, nothing riding along with it. NMN is a precursor the body uses to make NAD+.
Is NMN halal?
NMN is produced by fermentation, not extracted from animals. As with most capsules, the real question is the shell — gelatin capsules are typically bovine or porcine. This one is HPMC, plant cellulose. No gelatin, no pork derivatives, no alcohol.
As with our other capsules, magnesium stearate can be vegetable or animal derived and we have asked our manufacturer to confirm which. We will publish the answer here.
What is in it
- 500 mg β-nicotinamide mononucleotide, 99.9% purity
- Single active ingredient — no proprietary blend
- Plant cellulose (HPMC) capsule
- 30 capsules
When to take it
The fajr window. One capsule with water.

β-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (500 mg), HPMC (vegetable capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate.
