The Barakah Schedule
Take it at Asr.
الفجر Fajr FAJ-r
The hardest of the five to keep, and the one nobody sees you keep. Before the world asks anything of you, you answer something else first.
… and the recitation at dawn. Indeed, the recitation at dawn is ever witnessed.
Qur’an 17:78
- An empty stomach, and cortisol already climbing. Nothing yet competes with what you take.
الظهر Dhuhr ZUH-r
The sun at its highest, work at its loudest. A deliberate interruption — stepping out of the day’s business to remember what the day is for.
When the call is made for prayer, hasten to the remembrance of God and leave off trade.
Qur’an 62:9
- This is where the food is. What needs a meal to be absorbed belongs beside one.
العصر Asr AH-sr
The light is going, and you can feel it going. Of the five this is the one most warned about losing, an hour built to remind you that time runs out quietly.
By time — indeed, mankind is in loss.
Qur’an 103:1–2
- Isolate is concentrate filtered further — that is what strips most of the lactose out.
- Whey was a cheese-making by-product for centuries before anyone thought to drink it.
- Total daily protein is what counts; the window is for habit.
المغرب Maghrib MAG-rib
The narrowest window of the five: pray it now, or it is gone. The day handed back with thanks, before the last light goes with it.
So glory be to God when you reach the evening, and when you reach the morning.
Qur’an 30:17
- By now the day is written on your skin: sun, heat, city air. This is when it gets read back and undone.
العشاء Isha ISH-aa
The day’s last account, made in the dark. Everything done and left undone is set down before sleep takes it.
And it is He who made the night for you as a covering, and sleep for rest.
Qur’an 25:47
- Repair runs on the night shift. Light-sensitive actives can finally work, and sleep is the whole point.
Dawn, midday, late afternoon, sunset, night — a rhythm well over a billion people already keep. You don’t have to pray to use it. Verses are rendered meanings, not literal translation. How the schedule works
Pure3 100% Whey Protein Isolate (Vanilla)
Whey protein isolate, natural flavors, stevia leaf extract. Three ingredients.
Isolate is the most filtered form of whey — higher protein per gram, minimal fat and lactose. Each scoop delivers 19g of complete protein with all nine essential amino acids.
Sweetened with stevia leaf. No artificial sweeteners, no fillers, no gums.
Make it the Asr pair — and it ships free
Protein and creatine are the two most studied supplements in sport, and they belong to the same window. Add Creatine Hydration Powder and your order clears $75, so US shipping is free. No code needed.
Prefer to close the day instead? Pair it with Magnesium Glycinate — train in the Asr window, repair in the Isha one. That ships free too.
Orders over $100 get a bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules added free. It applies on its own — no code to enter — and because it applies automatically it does not stack with a discount code.
Is whey protein halal?
Whey is a by-product of cheesemaking, and most cheese is made using rennet. Rennet can be microbial, or it can be animal-derived — and it never appears on a whey label, because it acts on the cheese upstream, not on the protein you end up with.
That is the question worth asking any whey brand. It is not a question you can answer by reading the ingredient panel, which is exactly why it goes unasked.
Two open sourcing questions
We have asked our manufacturer, in writing, to confirm the rennet source for this whey and the carrier solvent used in the natural flavors. Neither answer has come back as of September 2026.
We are not going to tell you this is microbial rennet, because we do not know that it is. We are also not going to tell you it is not — we simply have not been told. If rennet source is what decides your purchase, and we think it reasonably might, buy a halal-certified whey instead, or take our plant protein, which has no dairy step and therefore no rennet question at all. We would rather lose the sale than sell you a claim we cannot evidence. Every open question is published at ingredients.
