What subscribing actually funds
This part matters to me. Subscribers are the difference between a brand that survives and a brand that compounds. ZMZM Labs is a solo-operated business with thin per-unit margins because we use a U.S. fulfillment partner and IFANCA-certified facilities, both of which cost more than running off the cheapest contract manufacturer.
The Subscribe & Save discount is real margin coming off the price. We do it anyway because subscriber revenue is predictable revenue. Predictable revenue lets us:
- Pay for third-party lab testing on every batch (not just the first)
- Renew our IFANCA certifications without cutting corners on the next product
- Stock real inventory of the SKUs that work, instead of being stuck in print-on-demand limits
- Pay for the photography, the press, and the customer service replies you actually want from us
If you subscribe, you are choosing the brand that emails you back. That is the trade.
Subscription FAQ
What if I want to skip a month?
Log into your account, click your subscription, hit Skip. The next delivery shifts by one cycle. No charge for skipping.
Can I change how often I get deliveries?
Yes. Most subscribers move from 30-day to 45-day or 60-day frequency once they figure out their actual usage rate. Change it once, the system holds the new cadence.
How do I cancel?
Account → Subscriptions → Cancel. One click. You will not be asked to email anyone. We don't believe in cancellation friction.
What if the product runs out faster than expected?
Email support@zmzmlabs.com and we'll send the next delivery early at no charge. You stay on the original billing cadence.
Does the subscription discount stack with other promo codes?
No. The 25% first-order subscriber discount and the 15% recurring discount are the best price we offer. They do not stack with WELCOME15 or other promo codes. The system applies whichever is higher automatically.
Are bundles subscription-eligible?
Stack bundles (Fajr Stack, Dhuhr Stack, Asr Stack, Maghrib Stack, Isha Stack) are not yet subscription-eligible because of how Shopify's native subscriptions handle multi-SKU bundles. We're working on it. For now, subscribe to the individual SKUs within the stack.
Are skincare items subscription-eligible?
Yes. Most Nūr Collection skincare items support Subscribe & Save at the same 25% / 15% rates. Skincare usage rates vary so most people choose a 60- or 90-day cadence rather than 30.
